Willamette Valley Food Assistance Program

About Our Program

WVFAP has served the low income, handicapped and elderly since 1982 with food and household goods. We are a non-profit organization and we are self-supporting through our nominal membership fees.

How It Works

Each member contributes the following membership fees monthly: $34 for the first family member and $2 each for each additional family member. There is an annual $5 application fee.

Income Guidelines

Family Size Gross Monthly Income
1$1,552

Above 4 family members, add $530 per person

2$2,082
3$2,612
4$3,142

What You Get

Because our products are donated through various merchants, items vary some from week to week. Some of the products we typically have are: fresh produce, frozen foods, meats (occasionally), cereal, snack items, dry dinners, canned goods, juices, breads, pastries and dairy products. We also distribute pet food and household goods. The amount you receive is based on family size.

How Often Can You Come In For Food?

A member may come into our warehouse one time each week to shop. Members choose the items they will use so there is no waste in our program.
